As I have been coming to understand the Father doesn't just want to make us "believers", mentally assenting, which is the Greek mind set.

Jas_2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

To restore is not just bring a sinner to the Messiah, but the sinner to the paths to walk in. The annual cycles as I understand it from Torah.

Psa_23:3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

He came to make us repenters and doers. Fruit is the evidence of that.

Mat_3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
Act_26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

My first attempt at this Blog stuff = -)

Never try to put G-D in a box. I am sure you have heard that many times. It has real meaning. Why limit G-D to anything. He can be everywhere and in all time spaces, there is not past, no present and no future. All times exists as now! at least to G-D. Time was invented by HaShem so we could cope with it, he does not need time to operate. So why would we want to limit him in anyway?

The cautions about trying to speak the name were because it fell into disuse when the Temple was destroyed by the pagan Romans. Since we are unaccustomed to saying it we must wait until HaShem tells us the proper pronunciation. Remember he is still the King of The Universe, and a loving G-D the greatest respect is due. err on the side of caution.

This is a really good article. I would add that Yeshua Himself never pronounced The Name. He followed the established custom of using evasive terms such as Abba, the kingdom of God, the kingdom of heaven, etc to avoid speaking The Name. We're to emulate our Rabbi in every way, so if He chose to avoid pronouncing God's name, we should follow that example.
